Deposit Details

To secure your event date, we require a 25% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This ensures your preferred date and allows us to begin planning your magical setup.

  • The remaining balance is due 72 hours prior to your event.
  • Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change — here’s how we handle it:

  • Reschedule for free if you notify us more than 7 days in advance. Your deposit will be applied to a new date within 60 days (based on availability).
  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event may result in full payment due, as we’ve already prepped your celebration!

After-Hours & Weekend Service

We love weekend celebrations and sunset setups!

  • After-hours setups (starting after 6 PM) are available with advance notice.
  • A small additional fee may apply.
